Online and On Time
One of the benefits of using Star360 is the online response rate report. This individual web page is accessible throughout the survey process. On it, you can find out which employees have been invited to take the survey, and how many have already completed the survey. Once data has been collected, you can access PDF reports and download them onto your own computer (we can also print and deliver hard copies if you’d prefer). Many of our consulting clients pass the website address and password straight to their clients. This eliminates much of the go-between. Information is always available when you need it.
Another feature allows target participants to log on and see how many raters have completed their 360 survey. You will no longer have target participants calling you for this informationit is very easy to access online. > Back to top

In addition to the help line, administrators are given a pager number with 24 hour a day service.
