What is iCoachPlus™

STAR’s iCoachPlus™ helps users turn feedback into improved personal performance, while making it easier for managers and coaches to be involved and measure success.

iCoachPlus™ is an online follow-up tool that links 360 results to individual development goals and helps participants accomplish those goals. It displays initial survey results, provides the ability to measure personal progress, and then organizes the plan and results into a complete, professional development document. iCoachPlus™:

    With iCoachPlus™, participants review their feedback to clearly identify and address those behaviors that contribute to their overall effectiveness. Participants then set goals and link those goals to specific survey questions or competencies.

    As participants implement their plan, they can initiate mini-surveys based on their chosen areas of development. These highly focused surveys are short and customized for each participant.
