We'll never compete with you

We specialize in 360 feedback processing solutions and not survey content. If a potential customer calls and asks for consulting services, we refer them to consultants who are our clients. The potential customer can call our consultant clients and select one that fits their needs.

We never want to be in direct competition with our consultant clients. On the rare occasion that we bid on a 360 processing job and find that one of our consultant clients is bidding on the same job, we will either partner with that consultant to strengthen their bid or back out all together so they have a better chance of winning the bid. Our philosophy is that if we can help our consultant clients build their business, we build our business at the same time.
